Refund Policy

At GameMaster Club, we strive to provide our members with the best possible experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to ensure that any issues you encounter are resolved quickly and fairly. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity on how refunds are handled for our events, memberships, and merchandise. 1. Membership Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable once paid. However, if you are dissatisfied with your membership within the first 30 days, we offer the option to cancel your membership and receive a credit toward future purchases or events within the club. Cancellations must be made in writing or via email to our support team. 2. Event Refunds: If you purchase a ticket for one of our events or tournaments and are unable to attend, we offer refunds if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the event start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded but may be eligible for a transfer or credit toward another event. Please email our event coordinator to process your refund request. 3. Merchandise Refunds: If you purchase merchandise from GameMaster Club and are not satisfied with the item, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original, unopened condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For defective or damaged items, please contact our customer service team for a full refund or exchange. 4. Special Offers & Discounts: Refunds for purchases made through promotional offers or with a discount will be processed based on the terms of the offer. If the promotion has specific exclusions or conditions, they will be noted during the checkout process.
